Authenticate with Cloud VPS

Commands

• mw cloudvps auth default — Select the default saved profile with –profile
• mw cloudvps auth login — Add a new application credential
• mw cloudvps auth profiles — List saved Cloud VPS profiles without retrieving credentials
• mw cloudvps auth remove — Remove a saved Cloud VPS profile locally
• mw cloudvps auth status — Check the selected Cloud VPS application credential and project scope

Saved Cloud VPS credential profile (login defaults to the project name)
