Add, Update and Delete Access Rights for Project
--project <string>- The project to operate on.
--help- Help for this command
--no-interaction- Do not ask any interactive questions
--password <string>- Gerrit password (prefer --password-stdin)
--password-stdin- Read a password from stdin for this command without saving it
--profile <string>- Saved account profile (login defaults to the verified username)
--username <string>- Gerrit username (overriding config)
-v, --verbose <count>- Increase output verbosity. Example: --verbose=2 or -vv
