mw tools toolviews list [flags]

List tool names present in the public Toolviews dataset, sorted alphabetically. Names are cached on disk and shared with shell completion. After 24 hours, cached names are returned immediately while a background request refreshes them. Use –refresh to fetch a fresh list synchronously. No Toolforge login is required.

Options

--format <string>

Format the specified output

-o, --output <string>

Output format (jq|json|table) Default: auto.

--refresh

Fetch a fresh tool list instead of using the disk cache

--timeout <duration>

HTTP request timeout Default: 20s.

-v, --verbose <count>

Increase output verbosity. Example: --verbose=2 or -vv
